Kit (kit.com) — email marketing; stores your email and newsletter activity.
Circle (circle.so) — community and course platform; hosts member accounts, profiles, and the Plays.
Payment processor — used by our community platform to take payments securely.
Vercel — website hosting and content delivery; processes server logs.

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a business transfer. Some pages link to third-party tools, including affiliate links; those sites have their own privacy policies (see §11).

6. International transfers

Making Playsis intended for professionals and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
